Restorative Justice

Some Complainants and Respondents may choose to handle their Title IX case in a non-punitive way utilizing a restorative justice (RJ) conference process. This is a completely voluntary process that involves prework, education, meeting the needs of impacted parties, while holding responding parties accountable. Support person for each party are welcome in the process. The result of an RJ conference is a signed agreement crafted by both parties to meet the needs of the impacted party and repair the harm.
