U Got This!*
This sexual violence prevention training consists of three modules to be completed in sequential order. Please allow at least 20 minutes to complete EACH module. You will be credited with completing a given module once you are connected to a completion page at the end of the interactive session.
Undergraduate students can access this training here.

Binge Thinking
This alcohol education training consists of one module. Please allow at least 30-45 minutes to complete the module. You will be credited with completing the module once you are connected to a completion page at the end of the interactive session.

All incoming first-year students are required to complete U Got This! and Binge Thinking by September 1st. Any student who fails to complete both trainings by the deadline will have a registration hold placed on their account. You will be unable to register for spring classes until both trainings are completed.
Transfer and graduate students are encouraged to complete the trainings.
Other Important Information:
- You will need Internet access and audio capabilities to complete the modules.
- To avoid technical issues, please use any major web browser (e.g., Firefox, Internet Explorer, Google Chrome) released in the last two years.
- You may take the courses in multiple sittings.
- Once you complete both modules, please log out completely.
- All survey responses are confidential. Rutgers will never see identifying student information.
- Should you experience problems, technical support is available 24/7 and can be accessed from the “Help” link within each course.

*Content warning: Participating in programs that focus on issues of sexual violence, relationship abuse, and stalking can be very upsetting. It can bring up issues that you have not thought about or perhaps cause you to think about past experiences in a different way. It is common for people to experience a range of emotions including feeling sad, angry, and/or inspired to take action.
No matter how you feel, it is important to take care of yourself. If the program becomes uncomfortable or overwhelming, take a break from it, get a breath of fresh air, or spend some time with friends or by yourself.
