Welcome to the Office of Student Affairs Compliance (OSAC) website. Our website’s purpose is to provide information and resources to help you with questions and concerns about compliance with external laws, rules, and regulations applicable to higher education and internal policies and procedures.
The Office of Student Affairs Compliance reports to the Vice President for Student Affairs and serves the New Brunswick campus of Rutgers. The office’s main functions include overseeing University compliance with disability, nondiscrimination, and Title IX laws as they apply to students. We are committed to supporting the University community as a resource and provider of education and training in order to best serve our students, community, and the State of New Jersey.
