Dr. Amy Miele is an Associate Dean of Students and Director for Student Affairs Compliance & Title IX at Rutgers University - New Brunswick, and also serves as the Title IX Coordinator for students. In these roles, Dr. Miele oversees the campus's response to all reports of sexual violence, stalking, and relationship violence involving Rutgers students, and regularly serves as a resource to the University community on Title IX-related issues. She also oversees Restorative Justice initiatives within Student Affairs.
Prior to joining the Office of Student Affairs Compliance, Dr. Miele worked in the Office of Student Conduct at Rutgers University - New Brunswick. She has also worked within Student Affairs at Rowan University and Rider University. Dr. Miele received her M.A. in Criminal Justice from Rowan University and her Ph.D. in Higher Education from Rutgers University.
