Molly Rynn is the Assistant Director for Support and Accommodations for Student Affairs Compliance & Title IX at Rutgers University - New Brunswick. Molly receives and maintains reports of sexual misconduct on the New Brunswick campus. In this role, Molly conducts intake meetings to explain process and support options for all students considering or starting a Title IX process. She oversees the Informal Resolutions for the office which include Alternative Resolutions, Restorative Justice, and Supportive Measures. In addition to working with students entering a process, Molly also assists pregnant and parenting students that may need assistance requesting or accessing resources from the University.
Before joining the Title IX team in September 2019, Molly worked in Student Conduct for Residence Life and as part of her coursework, she also was involved with Student Support and the Dean of Students Office at Rutgers. During that time she was trained by the Skidmore College Project on Restorative Justice and then later by the PRISM Project specifically on using Restorative Justice for sexual harm. Molly received her MSW and B.A. in Psychology from Rutgers University and is a Licensed Social Worker in the state of New Jersey.
