Lead Investigator
Kai Palmer is the Lead Investigator of the Office of Student Affairs Compliance & Title IX at Rutgers University - New Brunswick. As the Lead Investigator, Kai is responsible for investigating reports of sexual harassment, sexual violence, relationship violence, and stalking involving Rutgers students.
Prior to joining the Office of Student Affairs Complicance & Title IX in May 2023, Kai worked at the Division of Child Protection and Permanency for 15 years. She received a B.A. in Psychology and an M.A. in Child Advocacy from Montclair State University.
