Inga Gerbova is the Administrative Coordinator of the Office of Student Affairs Compliance & Title IX at Rutgers University - New Brunswick. As the Administrative Coordinator, Inga is responsible for coordinating the office's daily functions, supporting the work of the team members by assisting in reaching out to various University and non-University partners and students seeking help, scheduling hearings and other functions. Inga is responsible for the office's purchases, absence reporting, and payroll processing. She is also one of those who support the Office of the Dean's drop-in hours for students.
Prior to becoming a member of the Compliance & Title IX team, Inga worked at the National Institute for Early Education Research, Graduate School of Education, Rutgers University, as an Administrative/Research Assistant. She supported the work of the Senior Management Team by scheduling interviews, meetings, and other events, the work of administrative/human resources team by processing payroll and travel compensation for the NIEER team, the work of research team by working with data, data collectors, and outside partners, the work of the communications team by maintaining and scheduling content for the Senior Director's social media accounts.
